Step 1: Consultation
Your relationship with us begins with an in-depth consultation. We study your file, get to know you and your unique needs, and answer any questions you have. We walk you through your treatment plan so you understand how you’ll receive your medication, what to expect and how to prepare for treatment. We also help you navigate and coordinate insurance reimbursement. Our aim is to help you start treatment as soon as possible and see it through for the best possible outcomes.

Step 2: Dispensing
We coordinate with your doctors and other health care providers to get your medications where they need to be quickly, with strict cold-chain management procedures to keep them safe and effective from door to door. Our free medication delivery is available anywhere in Québec — from downtown Montréal infusion clinics to remote fly-in communities such as Ivujivik.

Step 3: Proactive follow-up
We stay in touch throughout the course of your treatment to see how you’re feeling, answer your questions and help you follow the plan your doctors have laid out. When it’s time for your next dose or refill, we reach out in advance to let you know and make sure everything is in place for your next shipment.
