 Dear Valued Partner, As of July 1, 2022, the Régie de l'assurance maladie du Québec (RAMQ) will no longer be accepting special authorization applications submitted by fax for its "Patients et médicaments d'exception" program. As a result of this change, any special authorization requests must be submitted and managed using the online service PME, Patient et médicaments d'exception. Access to this system is only provided to prescribers and their administrative support staff, which means that the Patient Support Program HARMONY BY ORGANON™ will no longer be able to help you fill out forms for your patients and/or send these forms on your behalf to the RAMQ. To continue to support our patients and minimize the risk of treatment interruptions, we are here to assist with online registration and ensure that your transition to the PME system is seamless.
