Our experienced pharmacy team provides treatment counselling focused on specialty medications. We help patients understand their specialty medication. We explain how it works, how to take it safely, and what to expect during treatment.    

In addition, patients can receive expert support related to transition of care, relocation or travel, and navigating changes in drug coverage.

We offer secure, free-of-charge delivery within Canada to a patient's home, a Coverdale Clinic, or another preferred location. Medications are shipped using temperature-controlled packaging when required to support proper handling during delivery.

Our team helps coordinate refills and medication delivery schedules to support continuity of therapy. We work with patients and prescribers to reduce delays and avoid interruptions in treatment.
