BioScript Solutions SMS Terms of Use 

These terms apply to any text messaging services provided by BioScript Solutions and its related companies and affiliates including, but not limited to, BioScript Pharmacy Ltd., Coverdale Infusion Clinic Inc., NavieGo Patient Programs Ltd., Andrew and David Wholesale Ltd., BioScript Logistics Inc., as well as associated pharmacies who adopt our policies (owned and operated by third party owners, who are responsible for compliance with this policy), among others (collectively, "BioScript Solutions” "we," or "us") .  

Definitions 

• “Opting In” means requesting, agreeing to, signing up for, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages from BioScript Solutions. 
• “Text Message Service” means any service through which BioScript Solutions sends messages to your mobile phone number (including SMS or MMS).

Consent to Receive Messages 

By Opting In you agree to these Text Messaging Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy which governs our collection and use of personal information and personal health information. Additionally, by Opting In you agree to receiving text messages from BioScript Solutions, including messages related to your care, services, or account, which may include: 

• Appointment reminders 
• Care or prescription updates 
• Service notifications 
• General support communications

Text Message Service Privacy Statement 

BioScript Solutions respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. 

• We use the information you provide through this Text Message Service to send and respond to text messages related to your care or services. 
• Your information may be shared with trusted service providers (such as messaging platforms and telecommunications carriers) to support message delivery. 
• We do not use your mobile information for marketing or promotional purposes without your consent. 
• We do not share or sell your Opting In information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety, rights, or property of BioScript Solutions, our patients, or others.

Costs of Text Messages 

BioScript Solutions does not charge for this Text Message Service. However, message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan. Please check with your wireless provider for details.

Message Frequency 

Message frequency will vary depending on your care and service needs and interactions with our teams. 

Messages are typically sent as part of direct, person-to-person communication with BioScript Solutions team members. 

Opting Out 

You can opt out at any time by replying with: 

STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT 

• Opt-out requests apply to the specific conversation or number you are interacting with. 
• You may receive a confirmation message after opting out.
