BioScript Solutions Appoints New Vice President to Lead Wholesale and Logistics   

Toronto, ON – January 12, 2026 – BioScript Solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Juan Hoyos as Vice President, Wholesale & Logistics. 

Since joining BioScript Solutions in May 2025 as Director, Wholesale Operations, Juan has played a key role in scaling wholesale operations across the organization. In his new and expanded role, he now leads A&D Wholesale and BioScript Logistics Inc.bringing together two critical functions with a focus on strengthening integration across teams and capabilities. This approach is intended to deliver a seamless, end-to-end experience for drug manufacturing partners, while supporting timely and reliable access to care for patients.

As BioScript continues to grow and evolve, closer alignment between third-party logistics and wholesale distribution is increasingly important.

Juan brings a strategic, thoughtful approach to leadership, shaped by years of experience leading large-scale supply chain and logistics transformations. Over the last decade, he played a key role in expanding Amazon Canada’s national footprint contributing to network design, capacity expansion, and operational scaling initiatives. He later supported the transformation of McKesson’s national distribution network through large-scale transformation programs spanning infrastructure, systems, and operating models 

Originally from Venezuela, he is a trained chemical engineer with a passion for making an impact. One of his proudest accomplishments to date was building and installing a water purification system during an internship in Venezuela to help provide clean drinking water for an Indigenous community. 

Juan holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management and is known for his strategic thinking and ability to bring fresh perspectives to complex operational challenges.
