November 8, 2023 RE: The Monarch (Benlysta) Patient Support Program transition completion Dear Healthcare Professional, Further to the notification sent out on September 18, 2023, we are writing to inform you that the transition of the Monarch Benlysta Patient Support Program to the new service provider, NavieGo Patient Programs, a division of BioScript Solutions, has been successfully completed as of October 30, 2023. Our focus will continue to be on ensuring a seamless experience for both you and your patients enrolled in the program. What this means for you and your BENLYSTA patients:
  • The program will continue to offer the existing program services to your patients including:
    • Reimbursement navigation (coordination of insurance benefits and renewals)
    • Financial assistance
    • Nursing support
    • Infusion/Injection training coordination
    • Pharmacy services (medical counseling and drug delivery)
  • The program phone and fax numbers, as well as the hours of operation (Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.) will remain the same.

The new program team will be contacting your patients in the coming weeks to introduce themselves and review any outstanding items with their files. What do I need to do in relation to communication with patients regarding the transition? There is nothing that you need to communicate directly to your patients in relation to the transition of the program. The transition of the Monarch Benlysta Patient Support Program will be communicated by the program provider to you and your patients.
